Charles E. Carlton was appointed National Sales Director and will be responsible for the development of QPI's manufacturers Reps Sales Force. Mr. Carlton is recognized as one of the foremost organizers of Marketing Reps in the country.

Jeffrey Reed has been named Director of Special Markets. Mr. Reed will be responsible for marketing of QPI Lines and Products for the Wholesale and retail outlets, and the developement of QPI's Contract Printing Division.

Abdulcadir A. Haji, founder of Q-Press is now the Chairman of the Board and CEO. Mr. Haji will also serve as Director of manufacturing which includes the Contract Printing Division and Research and Development.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS

As part of QPI's general philosophy, "commitment of time, products, services and contributions that will benefit our youth and the community intrest" QPI has teamed with E.D.U.C.A.T.E. (Education-Drug Awareness-Unity-Community -Aids Prevention-Teen Pregnancy-Esteem) a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization.

We will be working with two of the high schools within Prince Georges County QPI will provide in plant instructions on How To Silk Screen. QPI will also provide jobs for sub-assembly of the QPI equipment. Each month we will report on the progress this and other community efforts and activities that QPI may be involved in.
