Dr. Eugene Baker, in February was named President and COO of the firm. Dr. Baker brings to QPI 28 years of business experience; with a background in Manufacturing,Finance and Business Administration.
JoAnn Haji was moved up to Executive V. President,Corporate Development. Mrs. Haji will establish regional locations for QPI. She is presently opening a facility in San Diego, CA
