1. Dial the toll-free number printed on the card back from any touchtone phone in the U.S., U.S.V.I., or Puerto Rico.

2. Listen for prompt and enter card number. Verbal instructions are given:

"Please enter the area code and phone number you would like to call now.
For other features, please press the star [*] key."

3. Press the star [*] key for a main menu listing of available enhanced features.

(All standard and enhanced features available on the card will be listed verbally).

4. Press five [5] to program or change a speed dial. Verbal instructions are given:

This two-digit number, once programmed, may be used to recall or "speed dial" the full ten-digit domestic or international phone assigned to it.

5. Enter a two digit number, as directed:

"Please enter the area code and telephone number for this speed dial."

6. Enter a domestic number, including area code, or an international number, including 011+ country code. Once a valid number is entered, hear prompt:

"Your speed dial number has been saved."

7. At this time a new speed dial number may be programmed, or the speed dial function may be exited and a phone call may be placed. Verbal instructions are given:

"To program another speed dial number, press one. Or press nine [9] to exit
this menu to place a new call."

To place a call using speed dial:

1. Dial the toll-free number printed on the card back from any touchtone phone in the U.S., U.S.V.I., or Puerto Rico.

2. Listen for prompt and enter card number. Verbal instructions are given:

"Please enter the area code and phone number you would like to call now.

When a speed dial number is entered to place a call, the call will decrement at the same per minute rate as the destination phone number assigned to the speed dial (i.e. if the speed dial calls a domestic number, it will decrement at the card's domestic rate; if the speed dial calls an international number, it will decrement at the per minute rate for the country where the call terminates).
